Dirk Nowitzki registered his first double-double of the season (411th of his career) with 20 points (8-21 FG, 2-6 3pt FG) and 10 rebounds in the final game of his career as the Mavericks were defeated by the Spurs by a final score of 105-94. LaMarcus Aldridge led the Spurs with 34 points (15-21 FG) and 16 rebounds in the victory. With the win, the Spurs finish the regular season 48-34, while the Mavericks finish the season 33-49. With their win and the Thunder victory over the Bucks tonight, the Spurs have clinched the 7-seed in the Western Conference playoffs.

  17. One of the first guys of his height to shoot the way he did. Now it’s almost common to have a 6’11” – 7 foot dude shoot from the outside. Ewing & Olajuwon had nice shots,but Dirk was shooting like a guard.
